DCTS has partnered with Angelika Mosaic Film Center in Fairfax, Virginia to offer you free tickets to the latest screenings of opera, ballet and theatre from around the world.
We have 3 pairs of tickets to the next screenings of the 2010 production by the National Theatre of Alan Bennett’s The Habit of Art, starring Richard Griffith and Alex Jennings in this witty play about the imagined meeting between WH Auden and Benjamin Britten.
Alan Bennett’s play looks at the unsettling desires of two difficult men, and at the ethics of biography. It reflects on growing old, on creativity and inspiration, and on persisting when all passion’s spent: ultimately, on the habit of art.
There will be 2 showings:
Thursday, December 5 at 7pm and
Sunday, December 8 at 2pm
at the Angelika Mosaic, 2911 District Ave (at Lee Hwy & Gallows Rd) Fairfax , VA 22031
